Learn About the Company

Spend some time understanding the company you’re interviewing with. Look at their website and on their social media platforms. Who are their competitors? What is their mission statement? All of this information will give you the ability to understand and discuss the company’s culture. If you don’t know anything about the company, you probably won’t be hired. If you know the name of your interviewer, look them up on LinkedIn. You’ll know more about the person’s position within the company.

Prepare a List of Questions
